Who “doesn’t get it”?

August 29, 2008

Ah, the Dems have finally annointed the ‘chosen one’ – B.Hussein Obama.  Her “thighness” did her duty and called for an acclamation ‘vote’ so as not to put the DNC through having to actually count delegate votes.  It might have been a bit embarrassing to find out that almost one quarter of the votes wouldn’t have gone for Barry.

He-whose-middle-name-we’re-not-supposed-to-mention had his crowning moment last night – the acceptance speech for the Democrat nomination for the party’s candidate for President of the United States.  Senator B.Hussein Obama made a flowery speech about how he was going to take us into the future and that “There’s not a black America and white America and Latino America and Asian America; There’s the United States of America.”  Tell that to the Caucasian and Asian-Americans who try to get into a university and are rejected because some “deserving minority” student with lower qualifications is accepted instead.  Tell that to the non-black children of workers in my company who apply for one of the company’s college scholarships only to find out that it is reserved for black kids only.  Dr. King’s vision of being judged on character rather than skin color sure isn’t being realized in these areas.

Sen. Obama said last night that he was ready to debate about who had the, “judgment to serve as the next command-in-chief” and that, “John McCain doesn’t get it.”  If I had as “shaky” a past as B.Hussein, I would never be the one to bring up the issues of judgment or experience:

Barack took campaign money from the known-dirty Rezko and then getting his “help” in buying land and the family home.  Great judgment demonstrated on friend/business partner selection!

Obama has never run so much as a corner store.  Makes for extensive experience in managing…nada.

Obama listens to the wacko Rev. Wright for 20 years, calls him his “spiritual advisor, let’s him baptize his kids . . . then says he had no idea that Wright was an anti-American, leftist, racist nut-job.  Great judgment demonstrated on pastor selection!

Obama was also a close associate of William Ayers for years . . . and knew of Ayers’ terrorist past.  Of course the Obama campaign people either see nothing wrong with it or are trying to distance themselves from Ayers – depending on which day it is.  Great judgment demonstrated on friend/coworker selection!

When B.Hussein was a candidate for the U.S. Senate in 2004, he said he would “unequivocally” oppose President Bush on the war.  But once in office, he voted for every war-funding bill — until he decided to run for president.   How’s that for consistent?

Though we hear almost daily from the Obama camp about the evils of the Iraq War, on July 27, 2004, Barack told the Chicago Tribune that when it came to the war, “there’s not much of a difference between my position and George Bush’s position at this stage.”  HUH?

This list could go on for days but I’m tired of this Barry guy and writing about him is a chore.  He inspires only those who have no clue about the war, truth, and who Obama really is.  Obama’s judgment is bad, his experience with running anything other than a campaign is close to nonexistent, and he lies and/or flip-flops on almost all his positions – even the Iraq War issue that got him the nomination.

God help us all if this guy becomes President!

Typical week in America?

August 5, 2008

Ah, yes . . . another week in my beloved United States of America.  This greatest nation on Earth sure has its share of those who just don’t understand anything.

Tyson – yeah, the chicken guys – just dropped Labor Day from their holiday list.  No, laborers didn’t lose a holiday . . . it was replaced with Eid (or Eid al-Fitr).  You’ve probably never heard of Eid, huh?  That’s the muslim holy day at the end of the month of ramadan.  Hey, at least Tyson chose a communist-inspired holiday to replace with a muslim one. Another company falls to islamo pressure . . . typical?  Hopefully not.

Ah our great leaders in Washington are playing with your wallet as usual.  Speaker of the House (2nd line to replace the President if needed), Nancy Pelosi, has been adamently blocking any vote on lifting the off-shore drilling ban. So far she has not allowed any vote on the subject and even had the House chamber lights turned off – while GOP house members were still discussing the issue on the floor.  Now the rumblings from beltway insiders is that Pelosi is secretly telling some of her Democrat ilk that they can choose to support off-shore drilling vocally if it might help them with reelection – but she’s still blocking the floor vote. Basically it’s all about getting Dems reelected and ignoring your pain-at-the-pump. Typical?  Definitely.

Animal rights activists are targeting UC Santa Cruz scientists with terrorist tactics.  Their first few bombs didn’t explode but it seems they studied their terrorist bomb-making handbooks more closely and have now blown up one UCSC scientist’s car.  Hey, what’s a car in comparison to the deaths of poor, little animals anyway? It didn’t end there.  Recently one scientist’s home was fire-bombed.  The scientist, his wife, 7 yr old son, and 6 yr old daughter were able to get out of the house using a safety drop-ladder from an upstairs window.  Hey, what’s a few children compared to the deaths of poor, little animals anyway? A spokesman for the Animal Liberation Press Office said, “It’s regrettable that certain scientists are willing to put their families at risk by choosing to do wasteful animal experiments in this day and age.”  So the animal-huggers are saying scientists are bringing terrorism on themselves by doing their jobs researching medicines to benefit you and me. Typical? I hope not but it’s not looking good for America . . .

Senator Obama’s birth certificate authenticity issue may finally make it into the main stream media . . . but I’m not holding my breath.  Google blocked a few blogs as “spam” recently and those blogs just happened to be focused on questions about Obama’s birth certificate authenticity.  Typical Google move?  Yes, it’s happened before to multiple websites and blogs for various reasons.  The authenticity question surrounding B.Hussein.O’s birth certificate might be heard by the American “sheeple” one day. Why is this birth certificate important?  It establishes eligibility for the office of President of the United States.  For some strange reason our forefathers thought that the President should be a U.S. citizen from birth.  Wow, what a concept.  So far, the Obama campaign has avoided this topic of Barack’s birth certificate authenticity at every turn. Seems to me this is a huge eligibility issue and should be addressed by the campaign immediately and forcefully to “put it to bed” now.  Are they hiding something? Who knows, they won’t talk.  Typical?  Of course.

And, last but not least on today’s musings . . .

Per the Denver Post, groups planning to protest in Denver during the Democrat convention are angry that they had to sign a “treaty, which called for ‘a moratorium on the public throwing, spraying, smearing, hosing or inducing of excrement’.  American’s have a long tradition of protestations and civil disobedience.  Many of these issues I support wholeheartedly and even those I disagreed with, I still support their right to protest (within city ordinance rules of course).  Not to denegrate these protestors or their issues, but . . . holy sheep dip, they want to throw crap! Who in hades are these people who horde all sorts of doo-doo, drive to a protest with a trunkfull of crap, then demonstrate their stances by throwing dung, doo-doo, crap, feces, and droppings??? I’ll bet $20 that not one of these feces-throwing groups is a ‘conservative’ protest group!  Anyone out there willing to take that bet? Typical?  Yep, these whakos wallow in crap and want the rest of us to join them.

Ah, another fun week in America!  God bless America . . . even if so many Americans are idiots!
